Planning a destination wedding across four venues

Multi-day events multiply every decision. A worked example of how we sequence the design.

Planning a destination wedding across four venues

A destination wedding is not one event. It is four or five events sharing a guest list, a colour story and a logistics chain — and each one needs its own layout.

Start with movement, not decor

Before anything is styled we map how two hundred people get from arrival to seating to dinner without crossing the service route. Decor is easy to change late. Circulation is not.

Arrival sets the tone and the traffic pattern at once.

Only once the flow works do we render the functions. By then the client is approving a look, not a floor plan — which is a much faster conversation.
